Für unsere Business Unit Neuroscience & Rare Diseases suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeit­punkt Unterstützung als:

Product Manager Rare Diseases (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben sind

  • Mitentwicklung der Brand Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit im Brand & Marketing Team und mit cross-funktionaler Abstimmung (z.B. Sales, Medical, Market Access)
  • Beobachtung der Markt- und Mitbewerbergegebenheiten. Entwicklung & Umsetzung der daraus abgeleiteten Marketingaktivitäten als Teil des Brand Teams.
  • Planung und Umsetzung eigener Projekte mit Budgetverantwortung (OPEX)
  • Planung der Absätze auf Indikations- und Liniensplit in Abstimmung im Team. Bringt diese mit den Umsatzerwartungen in Übereinstimmung
  • Entwicklung und Erstellung des strategischen Plans und des operativen Plans in Zusammenarbeit mit und unter Anleitung des cross-funktionalen Brand Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Produktion in Abhängigkeit von erwarteter Nachfrage.
  • Aktive Teilnahme bei ausgewählten globalen Foren, medizinischen Kongressen und Meetings und Verantwortung der zeitgemäßen Vorbereitung der DACH Inhalte
  • Regelmäßige Aufbereitung von Informations-Updates zum Umsetzungsstatus der Aktivitäten und Projekte, als auch zur Brand Performance im Markt und der Wettbewerber im Allgemeinen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches und/oder vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Marketing
  • 4+ Jahre erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Marketing (mit idealerweise Sales-Erfahrung)
  • Praxis-Erfahrungen in der Pharmaindustrie, idealerweise im Bereich Rare Diseases
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Einen starken Erfolgswillen mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Kreativität und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
