Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung & Coaching: Du leitest ein interdisziplinäres Entwicklerteam (5–8 Personen oder mehr), förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und schaffst eine Kultur des Vertrauens, Lernens und der technischen Exzellenz.
  • Projektverantwortung: Du trägst die technische Verantwortung für z.T. große Entwicklungsprojekte, steuerst Ressourcen effizient und sorgst dafür, dass wir unsere Meilensteine im Zeit- und Budgetrahmen erreichen.
  • Full Stack Entwicklung: Du arbeitest Hands-on mit – in der Frontend- wie auch Backend-Entwicklung – und stellst sicher, dass wir moderne, skalierbare und wartbare Lösungen liefern.
  • Kundenkommunikation: Du bist erster / erste Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kunden, präsentierst Lösungen souverän, verhandelst Preise auf Augenhöhe und findest auch in herausfordernden Situationen den richtigen Ton und Lösungsweg.
  • Technologie & Innovation: Du hast Freude daran, neue Technologien zu bewerten, einzuführen und dein Team bei der Integration zu begleiten.

Deine Skills:

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Full Stack Entwicklung, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Position mit Personalverantwortung für Teams von 5 oder mehr Personen.
  • Technischer Stack (Beispielhaft):
  • Frontend: React, Angular oder
  • Backend: , Python, Java oder vergleichbare Technologien
  • Datenbanken: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL

  • DevOps/CI-CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure oder GCP)

  • Leadership: Du führst mit Klarheit, Empathie und Struktur. Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, Mentoring und im Teamaufbau ist dir vertraut.

  • Kommunikation:
  • Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher (C2) sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

  • Englisch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse (C1 oder besser) für internationale Projekte und Teams

  • Kundenverständnis: Du verstehst Geschäftsmodelle, kannst Anforderungen strategisch interpretieren und kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern souverän und lösungsorientiert.

  • Offenheit & Lernbereitschaft: Du bleibst neugierig, hinterfragst Bestehendes konstruktiv und bringst gern neue Impulse ins Team.
  • Du kannst dich in einem großen IT-Unternehmen sicher bewegen und eine Prozessumgebung leben und optimieren.
