Job Description:
adlicious is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager based in Amsterdam. This position focuses on the expansion and further development of our agency business not only in the Netherlands but also international markets, for example Benelux, UK & Nordics by winning new clients for our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales and a great expertise in the agency business. A solid network and contacts to agencies is required.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying them based on our standards and involving experts from other departments when needed.
- You create, present, and send sales materials and offers, continuously improving them in order to close new clients.
- You understand the needs of potential clients and develop tailored solutions based on our service and products portfolio.
- You share key insights from customer interactions with your team to enhance our approach, offerings, and overall performance.
- You analyze market trends, actively identify new business opportunities, and explore growth potential.
- Together with the team, you refine and optimize sales processes and structures.
- You monitor market and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry trends.
- You professionally represent the company to external stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Profound online know-how, experience in sales of online products, preferably in digital advertising
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire customers
- High goal and result orientation, closing confidence
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain technically complex products to customers in an understandable manner
- Ability to conduct thorough and structured research
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset to achieve and exceed goals
- Being able to work independently
