The Mission

We're launching our
Independent Power Producer (IPP)
platform — long-term, performance-driven energy-as-a-service (EaaS) portfolios for high-consumption C&I clients.

The first market: DACH countries with expansion to rest of the EU region ranging from a few hundred MWH to a few GWH annual..

We're hiring a
founding executive
to build and lead this business. This is an ownership role — your performance defines your equity.

You will:

• Structure, negotiate, and execute
Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
and leasing models

• Develop and operate profitable
solar + battery portfolios
for C&I clients

• Navigate
German and Zambian
utility frameworks, tariffs, and regulation

• Manage
energy-trading exposure
(EPEX Spot and regional markets)

• Drive execution with OGE's in-house
engineering, finance, and legal
teams

• Build asset value through financial discipline and operational excellence

Your Profile

• Proven track record in
IPP, project finance, or energy asset development
(5 + years)

• Deep understanding of
German C&I energy markets
and regulation

• Fluent in
German and English
(mandatory);
French
a strong advantage

• Commercially driven, entrepreneurial, execution-minded

• Technical literacy in
PV + BESS systems

• Bonus: experience in African markets
