Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, and New York, our dedicated global teams of over 500 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies

Key responsibilities / You will get to:
- Apply insurance and capital market knowledge to deliver and lead projects for key clients in Life Insurance & Asset Management
- Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached as well as appropriate communication with senior stakeholders
- Build long-term customer relationships and help uncover future business opportunities
- Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including our strategic areas of development, internal knowledge sharing and team event
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, thereof minimum 2 years in management consulting
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Strong understanding of financial services, including key industry trends, regulatory challenges, and competitive dynamics
- Proven exposure to asset management, (life) insurance or wealth management is a plus
- Your willingness and ability to perform on a wide range of projects with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
