Da wir unser Sales-Team gerade intern erweitern, suchen wir dich als analytische und strukturierte Unterstützung im Hintergrund.

Aufgaben

Du bist der Motor für unseren Vertrieb. Du greifst nicht zum Hörer, sondern legst das Fundament für unseren Erfolg durch präzise Daten und smarte Prozesse. Deine Aufgaben liegen rein in der Recherche und Vorarbeit:

  • Markt-Recherche: Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden (Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros ab 20 Mitarbeitern) im DACH-Raum, die perfekt in unser Ideal Customer Profile passen.
  • Daten-Detektiv: Du trägst relevante Informationen von Webseiten und Portalen zusammen, um ein klares Bild unserer Zielgruppe zu zeichnen.
  • CRM-Pflege (HubSpot): Du sorgst dafür, dass unser HubSpot immer mit sauberen, aktuellen Daten gefüttert ist, damit unser Sales-Team (Chris & Co.) effizient arbeiten kann.
  • RevOps & Automatisierung: Wenn du Lust auf Technik hast, hilfst du uns dabei, manuelle Abläufe zu automatisieren und unsere internen Sales-Prozesse noch "schöner" und effizienter zu gestalten.
Qualifikation
  • Arbeitsweise: Du liebst Ordnung und Struktur. "Schönheit benötigt Klarheit" – das gilt für dich auch für Datensätze.
  • Tech-Affinität: Du findest dich schnell in neuen Tools zurecht. Erfahrung mit HubSpot, Notion oder Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) ist ein Plus.
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest eigenständig und proaktiv. Du verstehst, dass hohe Datenqualität der Schlüssel für langfristigen Erfolg ist.
  • Sprache: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (für die Recherche auf DACH-Webseiten) und gutes Englisch.
  • Status: Du bist als Student/in eingeschrieben oder suchst einen Minijob / eine Teilzeitstelle nebenbei.
