Deine Aufgaben
We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Data Engineer to help build the backbone of investment intelligence strategy. As our first dedicated data engineer, you will have complete ownership of our data infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data and ML pipelines.
  • Developing software to automate and reimagine workflows, maximizing the team's focus on high-value activities.
  • Integrating new internal and external data sources into our core systems.
  • Partnering directly with our Data Scientist to deploy the firm's first ML models into production.

Dein Profil

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • First-hand experience with building data pipelines and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive, with a desire to take ownership and build a data infrastructure from the ground up.
  • An excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for building scalable systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor is highly desirable.
