To reduce the friction of creating meaningful shared memories.
We start with a simple question:
Why is it so hard to actually meet the people we care about?
Then we remove those barriers systematically with automation and agentic AI.
What Alfred Does (High Level)
- Start with
low-friction intent
: "Dinner with Ana next week." - Alfred negotiates time across people and calendars.
- Recommends
what to do
based on real preferences (not generic AI). - Handles logistics, reminders, and coordination.
- After the event, captures photos, comments, and reflections into a
memory card
— making people more likely to do it again.
One message of intent → one confirmed plan → one shared memory.
Why This Is a Great Technical Challenge
We're operating at the intersection of:

- Native mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Real-time coordination & negotiation systems
- Preference-based recommendation engines
- Social graphs + memory systems
