Ein wachsendes Unternehmen aus der Energie- und Infrastrukturbranche befindet sich in einer spannenden Umstrukturierung und sucht eine:n erfahrene:n
Tax Manager:in
. In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Head of Tax zusammen und übernehmen die Verantwortung für
alle Finanzierungsprojekte – sowohl in Deutschland als auch international
. Sie sind damit zentraler Sparring Partner für steuerliche Fragestellungen und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation aktiv mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerliche Begleitung von Projektfinanzierungen, M&A-Transaktionen und internationalen Strukturen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher Vorschriften und Fristen
  • Beratung interner Fachabteilungen bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Steuerprozesse und Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Jura oder vergleichbar – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Steuern
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensbesteuerung, gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Wissen im deutschen Steuerrecht, Kenntnisse internationaler Steuerfragen von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Detailgenauigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
