Aufgaben

  • Modellierung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer DCF-Analysen für Immobilieninvestments
  • Strukturierter Aufbau und Pflege von transparenten Excel-Finanzmodellen nach Best Practices
  • Durchführung von Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen zur Bewertung von Risiko-Rendite-Profilen
  • Interpretation von Modellkennzahlen, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Erstellung von Investment Reports, Financial Teasern und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Investoren
  • Unterstützung des Cashflow- und Liquiditätsmanagements gemeinsam mit dem Investment-Team
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Objekt-, Portfolio- und Marktdaten (Miete, Opex, Capex, FK-Strukturen etc.)
  • Visualisierung und Kommunikation quantitativer Erkenntnisse für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Optional: Unterstützung bei Automatisierungen mit VBA oder vergleichbaren Tools

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Immobilienwirtschaft oder BWL
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Real Estate (z.B. Real Estate Investment Banking oder Transaction Management) zwingend erforderlich
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in Excel-Finanzmodellierung (insb. DCF, IRR, Szenarien, Cashflows)
  • Souveräner Umgang mit finanzmathematischen Funktionen und Bewertungslogiken im Immobilienkontext
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Ergebnisorientierung
