(Senior)Engineer, Development(m/w/d)

Standort:Remote in Deutschland

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der ERP-Standardsoftware oxaion mit Schwerpunkt im Modul Materialwirtschaft

  • Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung neuer Funktionen in enger Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement und Fachbereichen

  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Softwarearchitektur im Hinblick auf Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Zukunftssicherheit

  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Entwicklungsumgebung, Frameworks und internen Standards

  • Durchführung von Code-Reviews, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation

  • Unterstützung bei der Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Methoden im ERP-Umfeld

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Modul-Teams sowie dem Customer Support bei komplexen Problemstellungen

Über Sie:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung im ERP-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Materialwirtschaft, Logistik oder Supply Chain

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java und XML

  • Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL, Performance-Tuning, Datenmodellierung)

  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an komplexen Geschäftsprozessen

  • Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung für eigene Themenbereiche zu übernehmen
