We can offer you the following tasks

Lifetime and thus the exchange interval is of major importance for aluminum compressor wheels of turbocharger. The reason for this is the temperature field of the compressor wheel resulting from high circumferential speeds and pressure ratios. The material temperatures in combination with the centrifugal forces arising from the rotational speed define the lifetime and thus the exchange interval. Therefore, a reliable lifetime prediction requires a precise prediction of the material temperatures. This work focuses the sensitivity of compressor wheel temperatures on geometrical parameters of the compressor stage and cooling system as well as the sensitivity on thermal boundary conditions of the simulation model.
