We are hiring Freelance Onsite IT & Network Support Technicians to assist with ad-hoc, contract-based IT and networking tasks in your local region. This role is ideal for independent IT professionals seeking flexible, on-demand work.

Service requests will be assigned based on your location. You are free to accept tickets according to your availability, including weekday and weekend assignments. Payment is offered on an hourly, half-day, or daily basis, depending on the nature of the task.

Key Duties

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 on-site IT and network support
  • Provide desktop and end-user technical assistance
  • Perform installation and replacement of server and rack hardware components (e.g., HDDs, SSDs)
  • Support remote engineering teams by providing physical access to network devices
  • Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls through console access

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Solid background in desktop support and customer-facing IT services
  • Experience working within IT service management processes (Incident, Change, and Release)
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and third-party application support
  • Certification or formal training in ITIL and Windows Server Administration preferred
  • Foundational networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, subnetting, and LAN/WLAN troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple operating systems, including Windows, iOS, Android, and Blackberry

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: 35,00€ - 40,00€ per hour
