The client is a leading global automotive and mobility organization with a strong presence across Europe and worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities
  • Facilitate complex workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Own process analysis, optimization, and documentation
  • Drive solution conceptualization and feature design
  • Translate business needs into high-quality user stories
  • Coordinate and support functional testing
  • Mentor junior BAs and ensure BA best practices

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Proven experience in process management and requirements engineering
  • Experience in complex software development environments
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Knowledge of leasing processes is a plus
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • JIRA / Confluence
  • SAFe experience or certification
  • SOFICO Miles experience or certification
