Der Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Qualität und der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, globaler und lokaler Unternehmensanforderungen im Pharmasektor. In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie das Qualitätsteam bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung der GMP- (Good Manufacturing Practice) und GDP- (Good Distribution Practice) Standards. Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen, Dokumentenprüfungen und Prozessaudits durch, um die Produkt- und Prozesssicherheit zu gewährleisten. Der Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung arbeitet eng mit den Teams für Supply Chain Management (SCM) und Regulatory Affairs (RA) zusammen.

Sie tragen zur Produktqualität und Patientensicherheit bei.

Hauptaufgaben

· Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung der GMP- und GDP-Richtlinien

· Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie deren Vorbereitung

· Überprüfung und Kontrolle qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente, Prozesse und Berichte

· Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Archivierung von Qualitätsdokumentationen

· Überwachung von Abweichungen, CAPA-Maßnahmen (Korrektur- und Vorbeugungs-

maßnahmen) und Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgung

· Unterstützung bei der Freigabe von Chargen und qualitätsrelevanten Produkten gemäß den QA-Richtlinien

· Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Qualitätsthemen

· Unterstützung bei der Validierung von Prozessen, Anlagen und IT-Systemen

· Zusammenarbeit mit dem SCM- und RA-Team zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität

· Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse und zur Einhaltung der

· gesetzlichen Anforderungen (Kaizen).

· Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Qualitätskultur in der Organisation.

Anforderungen:

A. Qualifikationen / Erfahrungen:

· Abschluss in Biowissenschaften oder Ausbildung (Bachelor, Master, PTA, CTA, Laborassistent, Techniker) oder vergleichbar.

· Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung ist wünschenswert.

· Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)

· Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen

· Ausbildung zum GMP- / GDP-Auditor oder Auditerfahrung sind von Vorteil.
