Assistant Demo Equipment Coordinator

Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is looking for an individual who will be responsible for the support of equipment coordination and general admin tasks.

This position can be based at either our Ratingen or Willich office with travel between the two offices required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling demonstration equipment in SAP;

• From order to delivery in international context

• Follow up the demo processes such as order booking (SAP-ERP), delivery & return

• Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with Product Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics departments

• Ensure correct stock movements

• Invoicing contract fees

Administrative Support;

• Invoicing (Purchasing and invoice verification)

• Monitoring contracts related to KOL activities

Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:

• Proficient in German and English

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Office 365 and SAP ERP Systems

• Good knowledge of SAP R/3

• Experience in inventory management systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of international import/export regulations

• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to prioritise and plan effectively

Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process, in alignment with the technical reviewer. Serve as a key resource in the assigned area. Offer support and provide comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to products/systems/ applications. Provide support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations. Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable solution to meet customer needs. Propose solutions for complex enquiries. Prepare presentations and demonstrations in alignment with the technical reviewer, for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues. Offer support in preparing related training programs.
