Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder Hochschulabschluss
  • Praxiserfahrung im B2B oder B2C Bereich. Erfahrung im Bildungsbereich wäre wünschenswert, aber nicht essenziell.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (Salesforce) wünschenswert
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationtalent, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab

Deine Aufgaben

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuen Kollegin/Kollegen, die/der unser Team des Kooperationsaufbaus (Sales DACH) am Standort Berlin or Hamburg auf Vollzeit- /40 Stunden pro Woche zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unterstütz und , die/der unsere Vision von exzellenter Bildung mitträgt und die/der sich dafür engagiert, das Leben unserer Studierenden und Mitarbeiter/innen positiv zu beeinflussen.

Deine Kernaktivitäten und Verantwortlichkeiten:
 

  • Zentrale Koordination der Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung, inklusive Betreuung von Unternehmenspartnerschaften, mit Fokus auf die Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten entlang des B2C- bis B2B-Funnels in Abstimmung mit Key Account Management und Academia
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für relevante B2C- und B2B-Zielgruppen zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Engagement
  • Durchführung von Recherche- und Analyseaktivitäten zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Programme
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Academic Program Development, Marketing, Finanzen und Admissions
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informations- und Dokumentationsflusses für alle relevanten Stakeholder
  • Eigenverantwortliches Projektmanagement, inklusive Erstellung und Pflege relevanter Kundendokumentationen für Unternehmen und Studierende
  • Monitoring & Reporting von Projektfortschritten und Ergebnissen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
