Die Beratung durch unsere Praxisgruppe Restructuring & Insolvency beginnt bereits weit vor Eintritt der Insolvenz. Wir bieten unseren Mandanten das komplette Spektrum von Sanierungsberatung bis zur kapitalmarktrechtlichen Beratung in der Krise. Unser erfahrenes Team unterstützt Unternehmer, Manager, Gläubiger und Investoren mit allen bestehenden Möglichkeiten, um den steigenden Anforderungen in einer Restrukturierungssituation optimal begegnen zu können.

Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf:

  • Sanierung und Restrukturierung innerhalb und außerhalb von Insolvenzverfahren

  • Kauf- und Verkauf aus der Insolvenz (Distressed M&A)

  • Sektorenspezifische Krisenberatung (wie z.B. Automotive, Energie, Immobilien)

  • Finanzierung in Krise und Insolvenz

  • Kapitalmarktrechtliche Beratung in der Krise

  • Gläubigervertretung

  • Distressed Disputes

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Hervorragende juristische Qualifikationen und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Mehrjähre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Restrukturierungs- und Insolvenzrechts

  • Zusatzqualifikationen wie ein LL.M. oder eine Promotion sind uns willkommen

  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

  • Neugierde und Spaß an internationalen Herausforderungen
