Wir suchen eine*n Finance Manager, der unser wachsendes Unternehmen als strategischer Partner begleitet, unsere Finanzprozesse auf das nächste Level hebt und mit einem starken Ownership-Mindset Verantwortung übernimmt.

Wir suchen jemanden, der Zahlen liebt, strukturiert denkt, operativ anpackt und mit Weitblick dafür sorgt, dass unser Unternehmen fundierte finanzielle Entscheidungen treffen kann.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest das Monats- und Quartalsreporting und stellst aussagekräftige Analysen bereit.
  • Du betreust die Buchhaltung in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerberater.
  • Du agierst als Finance Business Partner für das Unternehmen und unterstützt wichtige Entscheidungen mit deinen Insights.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse und etablierst effiziente Abläufe.
  • Du pflegst und verbesserst unser Financial Model sowie den Business Plan, aktualisierst regelmäßig die Ist-Zahlen und verfeinerst Forecasts.
  • Du baust skalierbare Controlling-Prozesse auf und managst diese.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Data Privacy und Contract Management.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finance Bereich und hast bereits direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammengearbeitet
  • Du arbeitest äußerst sorgfältig, handelst eigenständig und weißt, wie du deine Arbeit zuverlässig auf Fehler prüfst.
  • Du verstehst verschiedene Bereiche des Finanzwesens und kannst Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen.
  • Du denkst mit, treibst operative Themen voran und arbeitest gerne an Projekten.
  • Du interagierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, insbesondere bei Budgetfragen, und bringst daher ein senioriges Auftreten und entsprechende Erfahrung mit.
  • Fu hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance oder einem angrenzendem Bereich.
