Im AI CoE gestalten wir die Einführung und Skalierung von KI-Lösungen im gesamten Unternehmen. Wir verbinden Business, IT und Datenplattformen, um geschäftlichen Mehrwert durch State-Of-The-Art AI Lösungen immer prozessbezogen in die Praxis zu bringen.
Ihre Aufgaben als Data Scientist * - AI Center of Excellence
- AI Solution Design: Übersetzen von Business-Anforderungen in KI-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
- Prototyping & PoCs: schnelle Validierung von Use Cases (klassisches ML, Gen AI, agentische Workflows)
- Operationalisierung: Unterstützung beim Deployment von Modellen und KI-Lösungen in Cloud- und Edge-Umgebungen
- MLOps & Monitoring: Performance-Messung, Drift-Erkennung, A/B-Tests, kontinuierliche Verbesserung
- Wissensmanagement: Dokumentation von Best Practices, Methoden und Frameworks; Mitwirkung an AI-Guidelines und -Standards
- Technologiescouting: Beobachtung, Evaluierung und bewusster Einsatz neuer Trends, Tools und Frameworks
Ihr Profil als Data Scientist * - AI Center of Excellence
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Data Science, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Data Scientist mit fundierten Kenntnissen im klassischen Machine Learning, Deep Learning und Gen AI
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in Python und gängigen ML-Frameworks (z. B. Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, MLflow)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Gen AI, RAG und agentischen Frameworks (z. B. LangChain, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants API)
- Umgang mit Azure-Services (z. B. Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric, Kubernetes)
