Your Role:

As a PMI Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in integrating newly acquired group companies and supporting the rollout of the Voyfai PMI Playbook. You will coordinate integration workstreams, track progress, and ensure that new companies align with our operating model.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-changing environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants to grow into a broader regional PMI leadership role over time (e.g. PMI Manager Europe or DACH).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Voyfai PMI Playbook across newly acquired companies

  • Coordinate integration workstreams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

  • Prepare and maintain integration trackers, KPIs, and progress reports

  • Collaborate with the M&A, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure smooth transitions from deal closing to integration

  • Help identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement during and after integrations

  • Participate in due diligence activities to assess integration readiness

  • Build strong working relationships with company founders and local teams

  • Travel to company locations (typically 8-12 days per month)

What You Bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in post-merger integration, PMO, consulting, or business operations

  • Experience working in fast-scaling environments, ideally in startups or consulting firms (e.g. Big 4, Private Equity...)

  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders

  • A hands-on, proactive mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity

  • Fluency in English; German is a plus

  • Affinity with logistics, mobility, or related industries is an advantage
