As an HR Business Partner, you will support our tech departments across multiple locations – including Hamburg, Berlin, and China – fostering collaboration and growth in a truly global environment. You will empower our leaders and teams to thrive, connect, and make an impact in an innovative and fast-paced setting.
- You are a true "business partner" and advise our managers and employees on labour law and HR-related issues in a needs- and solution-oriented manner
- You will support employees within your scope (Tech departments) at all stages of their development: onboarding, skills development, career development etc.
- You guide / coach people managers on how to organize their teams and resolve their HR issues: performance management, identifying and retaining talent, career paths, remuneration, legal and disciplinary issues, etc.
- You will design and implement training and development programs for leaders and talents
- You are regularly benchmarking innovative market HR practices in order to develop our actions
- You work very closely with the international HR team on all strategic issues and drive the further professionalization and harmonization of our HR processes
- You work in partnership with our local works council on all issues
