As a Software Engineer, you will develop innovative and highly interactive software solutions that power our portfolio of cutting-edge microscopy and analysis instruments. Your work will span from precise and efficient analysis methodologies to sophisticated visualization concepts, enabling researchers to uncover deep and novel insights into nature's complexity. 

• Design and implement modern C++/Qt software for data acquisition, visualization, and analysis, including hardware-near interfaces for scientific instruments.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and visualization tools that simplify complex scientific data.
• Write clean, production-level C++ code with multithreading and UI widgets, ensuring quality through unit tests and peer reviews.
• Apply your expertise in physics, optics, or measurement technologies to create software for advanced imaging and analytical methods.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team, supporting structured project delivery and driving continuous improvement.

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Optics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related Natural Sciences.
• Strong C++ and object-oriented design skills, with solid experience in Qt (Python is a plus).
• Proven experience in developing interactive applications for scientific visualization, data analysis, or instrument control.
• Proficient in multithreading, UI development, clean coding practices, and familiar with imaging systems like microscopy or flow cytometry.
• Skilled in Git, CMake, CI/CD workflows, and modern software development methodologies.
