Sales Manager – Teamcenter PLM Solutions

Do you speak the language of Teamcenter and know how to unlock more value for customers who already use it?

Our client – one of Germany's most established PLM consultancies – is growing its sales team and looking for an experienced professional to expand and deepen relationships with key Teamcenter clients.

Your Mission

  • Drive growth by developing existing Teamcenter accounts and identifying new opportunities within their ecosystem.
  • Work closely with technical experts to position services such as upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understand customer roadmaps and align them with the company's Teamcenter consulting and implementation portfolio.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from first conversation to contract signature.
  • Represent the company's Teamcenter excellence at key industry events and forums.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in selling Teamcenter or Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of PLM and digital engineering challenges across manufacturing industries.
  • A consultative, value-based sales approach focused on long-term customer success.
  • Fluent German (C1+) and good English.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany when needed.
