Deine Mission
Als
Business Development Hunter
gestaltest Du maßgeblich unseren Vertriebserfolg im Neukundengeschäft mit. Du identifizierst Chancen, entwickelst clevere Konzepte zur Leadgenerierung und legst damit den Grundstein für unser Wachstum im Bereich Business Solutions (BPM- & DMS-Lösungen) und deinem eigenen Kundenstamm. Kurz: Du sorgst für den ersten Funken im Kundenkontakt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierung & Pflege von Leads (MQL/SQL)
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Neukunden im Mittelstand
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing zur Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen und Webinaren
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an Sales Director & Geschäftsführung
  • Wirkungsvolle Präsentationen direkt bei den Entscheidern

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du arbeitest mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, flexibel aus dem Homeoffice oder vor Ort, modernste Ausstattung, eine unterstützende Teamkultur und die Möglichkeit zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative & Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen und den Willen in der Neukunden Akquise, per Telefon und Online zu begeistern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Affinität zu Social Media und Social Selling ist ein Plus
