Intermediate Electrical Engineer – Berlin

The Role
We're currently seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our growing Berlin team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
As part of our expanding European team, you'll work on high-quality, sustainable building projects across Germany and the wider DACH region. You'll be involved in every stage of project delivery, from design to completion, while supporting the development of our local presence in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers with design development, site inspections, and project coordination
- Participate in design team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary collaboration
- Support client relationships, budgeting, and technical reporting
- Mentor and review work from graduate engineers and junior team members
- Receive structured guidance and mentoring to support your professional development
Your Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in electrical design, preferably in a consultancy setting
- Familiarity with European electrical standards and sustainable design principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- A desire to progress your career and work toward (or maintain) chartered status
- Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus but not essential)
