Your mission

AI-supported sales refers to the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance and optimize various aspects of the sales (and marketing) process, from lead generation to closing deals. AI tools can automate tasks, provide data-driven insights, and personalize customer interactions, leading to increased efficiency, improved sales performance, and ultimately, higher revenue.

We're looking for someone who's motivated by creating tangible value, curious about new technologies, and eager to translate innovation into measurable impact. In this context, working tasks include (examples):
  • Market and Technology Research
  • Data Analysis and Preparation.
  • Workflow Definition and Integration/Prototyping.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimiziation.
  • Content and (Training) Material Creation.


Your skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions..
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and creative approach to solving challenges related to integrating new technologies into business processes.
And you ...
  • are proactive, curious, and willing to realize new ideas in perfection.
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate.
  • are fluent in German and English.
Experience in sales, business or marketing is a plus, but not a requirement.
