Pfizer is seeking a seasoned leader to join as
Director Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) for Germany
, serving as a strategic advisor and analytics expert to the country president and leadership team. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving commercial decision-making at both national and international levels.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading a high-performing team of analysts and the Country CFC Insights Lead
• Developing and implementing performance measurement, forecasting models, and omnichannel strategies
• Collaborating closely with Finance, Digital, CMO, and other cross-functional teams
• Driving innovation through advanced analytics including AI/ML and predictive modeling
• Advising senior leadership on resource optimization and market strategy

About You

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a quantitative discipline
• several years of experience in business analytics, marketing, or strategy consulting
• Deep understanding of the German pharmaceutical market and relevant data sources
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives
• Expertise in tools such as Tableau and Dataiku/DSS
• Fluency in English, additional german language skills preferred
