As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in the Power Experience Team at Syntax, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. Our Power Experience Team specializes in leveraging the versatility of the Microsoft Power Platform to optimize business processes and promote operational efficiency.

Your tasks at a glance:
Analysis and conception: Understand and analyze specific business requirements of our customers and develop customized solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.Solution design: Plan and implement Proofs of Concept (PoCs) focusing on Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate; implement sustainable solutions and take responsibility for their maintenance.Customer consulting: Advise our customers on the use and further development of their Power Platform solutions, and conduct training sessions and workshops to strengthen user competence.Sales support: Support our presales and sales activities, e.g. by preparing service models and price calculations.Teamwork: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize project results and drive innovation forward.Your profile:
Completed studies in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.Several years of consulting experience and solid technical expertise, especially in working with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); ideally certified.Enthusiasm for new cloud technologies as well as for analyzing and optimizing business processes.Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and an independent, responsible way of working.Outstanding teamwork, strong problem‑solving skills, and persuasiveness.Very good written and spoken German and English skills.Why Syntax?
