Role Description

This is a full-time on-site / Part time role for a Barista located in Berlin, Germany. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with the setup and closing of the café, and handling customer inquiries professionally. The Barista will also be required to maintain knowledge of the coffee menu and brewing methods.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and espresso machine operation
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness
  • Attention to detail and commitment to preparing high-quality beverages
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in German and/or English is beneficial
