We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Coordinator to join our QUEER and independent film project in Berlin. The mission of this role is clear: to grow our subscriber base and maximize the impact of our releases and content.

Tasks
  • Design and implement acquisition and retention campaigns across newsletters, social media, blog, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize website SEO and organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute segmented email marketing strategies.
  • Set up and track campaigns with UTMs and analytics tools (GA4, etc.), delivering clear performance reports.
  • Test hypotheses, compare results, and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Coordinate social media content with a creative approach aligned with our artistic identity.
  • Support the scheduling of film releases and their communication.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth and user acquisition.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, newsletters, social media campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to report on metrics.
  • Genuine interest in independent/arthouse cinema or creative industries.
  • Strong organizational skills, but also initiative and creativity to propose ideas
  • Flexibility: one day it's Excel, another brainstorming, another supporting a shoot
  • Good command of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Fluent English (mandatory). German and Spanish is a strong plus
  • Self-employed (freelancer), based in Berlin, available to work 25 hours per week (on-site, with occasional flexibility)
