Was erwartet Dich?
  • Prozesse & Key-User Rolle: Du übernimmst als Key-User die Analyse, Definition, Optimierung und Dokumentation von Finance- und Accounting-Prozessen im SAP-S/4 HANA-Umfeld und arbeitest eng mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • End-to-End-Prozesse & Automatisierung: Du entwickelst bereichsübergreifende End-to-End-Prozessketten und identifizierst Potenziale zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung.
  • SAP-Weiterentwicklung: Du betreust und entwickelst die eingesetzten SAP-Module (FI/CO/AA/SD/MM) weiter und trägst aktiv zur Systemoptimierung bei.
  • Schnittstellen & Zusammenarbeit: Du koordinierst das Schnittstellenmanagement für Prozesse in Einkauf, Vertrieb, HR sowie Reporting und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie externen IT-Partnern zusammen.
  • Projekte & Weiterentwicklung: Du bringst Dich aktiv in Transformations- und Verbesserungsprojekte ein und gestaltest unsere Finance-Systemlandschaft kontinuierlich mit.
Was bringst Du mit?
  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).
  • Erfahrung: Praxiserfahrung im Finance / Accounting Bereich sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP mit den Modulen FI & AA.
  • Prozess- & Schnittstellenkompetenz: Verständnis für Schnittstellenmanagement sowie bereichsübergreifende Prozessketten – Du denkst in Abläufen und behältst das Gesamtbild im Blick.
  • Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Analytische Denkweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Transformations- und Verbesserungsprojekte voranzutreiben.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1).
