Service Technician/ Servicetechniker

What you will do

• Carrying out service activities on wet etching systems and sub-equipment (maintenance, flow calibrations, system conversions and repairs)
• Maintaining machine availability and developing improvement measures for maintenance
• Participating in the approval of production processes, machines, measuring devices and workstations
• Reporting to service and maintenance managers (topics: system availability, maintenance and project measures)
• Collaboration in the optimization of service measures with regard to quality and quantity of (plant) technology
• Implementation and monitoring of maintenance measures and intervals (including SAP)
• Participation in CIP measures for SPC, up-time, performance management
• Creation and maintenance of work and maintenance instructions for all work processes in connection with maintenance measures
• Creation and maintenance of OCAPs and service protocols
• Organization and coordination of training measures for technical personnel incl. creation and maintenance of training content
• Collaboration with Fab Engineering to optimize service intervals and carry out tests
• Maintenance and control of databases and systems (SAP-PM, MES, SPC)
• Maintaining cleanliness and order (S&O) for the assigned service area in the section (cleanroom and service room area)
• Implementation, maintenance and upkeep of measures for environmental management (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety management system (ISO and quality management system (IATF 16949)
• Processing equipment error messages in coordination with the process engineers and/or service and maintenance managers
• Collaboration in the implementation of plant FMEAs

What you will need

• State-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with the qualification as an electrician
• Willingness to work shifts
• Experience in the repair of technical systems
• Technical and manual skills
• Planning and organizational skills as well as communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and social skills in dealing with many interfaces
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• In-depth IT knowledge
• Experience in SAP is an advantage

Ihre Hauptaufgaben 

• Durchführung von Servicetätigkeiten an Nassätzanlagen und Sub-Equipment (Wartungen, Flow-Kalibrationen, Anlagenumrüstungen u. Reparaturen)
• Aufrechterhaltung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit sowie Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Instandhaltung
• Mitwirkung an der Freigabe von Fertigungsprozessen, -maschinen, Messgeräten und Arbeitsplätzen
• Berichterstattung an Service- und Maintenance-Leiter (Themen: Anlagenverfügbarkeit, IH- und Projektmaßnahmen)
• Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von Servicemaßnahmen in Hinblick auf Qualität und Quantität (Anlagen-) Technik
• Durchführung und Kontrollen von/an Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Intervallen (auch SAP)
• Mitwirkung bei KVP-Maßnahmen zu SPC, Up-Time, Performance Management
• Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeits- und Wartungsvorschriften für alle Arbeitsvorgänge in Zusammenhang mit Wartungsmaßnahmen
• Erstellung und Pflege von OCAP's und Service-Protokollen
• Organisation und Koordinierung von Trainingsmaßnahmen für das technische Personal inkl. Erstellung und Pflege von Ausbildungsinhalten
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fab-Engineering zur Optimierung von Serviceintervallen und Durchführung von Versuchen
• Pflege und Kontrolle von Datenbanken und Systemen (SAP-PM, MES, SPC)
• Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung (S&O) für den zugeordneten Servicebereich in der Sektion (Reinraum- und Serviceraumbereich)
• Umsetzung, Pflege und Aufrechterhaltung von Maßnahmen zu Umweltmanagement (ISO zum Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem (ISO und Qualitätsmanagementsystem (IATF 16949)
• Bearbeitung von Equipment Fehlermeldungen in Abstimmung mit den Prozessingenieuren und /oder Service- und Maintenance-Leiter
• Mitarbeit an der Durchführung von Anlagen-FMEA's

Ihr Profil

• Staatlich geprüfter Techniker der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik o.ä. mit der Befähigung zur Elektrofachkraft
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Erfahrung in der Reparatur von technischen Anlagen
• Technisches und handwerkliches Geschick
• Planungs- und Organisationstalent sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit vielen Schnittstellen
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Vertiefte EDV-Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung in SAP ist von Vorteil
