Home Office, Deutschland OSAM Formations Vollzeit

We are looking for a bilingual German/English freelance sales professional to support our growth in the Swiss continuing education market. This is a fully remote role, approximately 15 hours per week, ideal for a highly personable, results-driven profile who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify incoming training enquiries (phone, email, web leads).
  • Advise prospects and propose the most relevant training solution.
  • Match trainers with client needs and coordinate the training set-up (availability, format, expectations).
  • Maintain accurate follow-up and reporting (pipeline, conversion, next steps).

Requirements

  • Native-level or fluent German and English (mandatory).
  • Strong commercial mindset: proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent organization and reliability: able to manage multiple leads and priorities.
  • Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred); experience within a training provider / education center is a strong advantage.
  • Freelance status required (registered independent contractor).

  • Contract: Freelance / independent contractor
  • Compensation: fixed retainer + performance-based commission
