Job Title:2nd QC Lab LeaderSummary:In dieser Stelle bist du für die Prüfung und Freigabe der hergestellten Produkte gemäß den Qualitäts- und Prüfvorschriften verantwortlich und unterstützt den Laborleiter (m/w/d) in weiteren qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen. Die Aufgaben erfolgen selbstständig, im Rahmen allgemeiner Richtlinien.Responsibilities Include:

Weitere Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

 

• Durchführung von Arbeiten analytischer Art mit komplizierten apparativen Einrichtungen bei häufig wechselnder Aufgabenstellung
• Mitentwicklung neuer Prüfverfahren, Optimierung vorhandener Geräte, Verfahren und Rezepturen
• Durchführung von Literaturrecherchen
• Einfache anwendungstechnische Beratung mit lokalem Schwerpunkt
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Etablierung einer produktionsbegleitenden Analytik
• Pflege, Erstellung und Archivierung von QC-relevanten Daten (z.B. Vorschriften, Spezifikationen, Prüfpläne, Produktdaten, Laufzettel)
• Sicherstellung der QM Vorgaben (z.B. Prüfmittelüberwachung, Vorschriften)
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Projekten (z.B. Reduktion von externen Analysen)
• Erstellung und Einführung von Management of Change (MOC) & New Product Implementation (NPI)
• Durchführung und Bewertung der Qualität anhand von Statistik (Regelkarten, SQC, SPC)
• Vertretung des Laborleiters in seiner Abwesenheit

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemietechniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Analytik und/oder Qualitätskontrolle
• Alternativ Ausbildung zum Chemielaborant (m/w/d) mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Analytik und Qualitätskontrolle
• Vertraut mit den gängigen Sicherheitsvorschriften im Labor und Kenntnisse zum ordnungsgemäßen Umgang mit Chemikalien
• Erfahrung in der Methodenentwicklung und Validierung sowie QM-Kenntnisse
• Organisationsgeschick und Eigeninitiative
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamplayer
• SAP-Kenntnisse (Dateneingabe in SAP) 
• Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS365 Anwendungen
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift)
• Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)

Bevorzugt bringst du auch Folgendes mit:

 

• Kenntnisse der Produktionsabläufe, Berufserfahrung als Chemielaborant/in
• Erfahrung mit instrumenteller Analytik (wie HPLC, GPC, GC, …)
• LIMS Kenntnisse
