Dabei benötigen wir Deine Unterstützung
  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von HubSpot-Lösungen (CMS, CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei der strategischen Ausrichtung und Nutzung von HubSpot im Bereich Marketing Automation sowie technische Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer HubSpot-Funktionalitäten
  • Implementierung von Workflows, Automatisierungen und Integrationen in bestehende Systemlandschaften
  • Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von HubSpot-Templates, Landing Pages und Modulen mittels HTML, CSS, JavaScript und HubL
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing-, Sales- und IT-Teams zur Entwicklung effizienter Prozesse und nahtloser Kundenerlebnisse
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Prozesses von Datenaufbereitung über Customer Journeys bis zur Kampagnenausführung mit Fokus auf HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Best Practices


Das bringst Du mit
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der HubSpot-Entwicklung (CMS, Workflows, API-Integrationen)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, JavaScript und idealerweise HubL
  • Erfahrung mit APIs, Datenmigrationen und Schnittstellenentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von kanalübergreifenden Marketinginitiativen (d.h. E-Mail, Mobile Push, SMS, Social) für bestimmte Kundensegmente 
  • Verständnis für Marketing Automation, CRM-Prozesse und Customer Journeys
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Erfahrung mit anderen CRM-Systemen oder Inbound-Marketing-Strategien von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierung und Beratungskompetenz runden Dein Profil ab und idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in einem Beratungshaus gesammelt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
