Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme des Recruiting-Prozesses von Blue Collar Positionen in der Luftfahrt
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
  • Durchführung von Telefoninterviews und v.a. digitalen Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Aufbau und Pflege des Kandidaten-Pools
  • Active Sourcing: Identifikation und Direktansprache passender Talente über digitale Plattformen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Tintschl-Team zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Übergangs vom Recruiting zur Vertragserstellung
  • Kooperationen mit lokalen Agenturen und, Weiterbildungsträgern und Berufsschulen.
  • Proaktive Steuerung der Recruiting-Pipeline, um ein schnelle Besetzungsquote zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im relevanten Bereich
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt und/oder im gewerblichen Bereich
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast keine Hemmungen, gelegentlich auch auf Englisch zu kommunizieren
  • Du bist kommunikativ und empathisch
  • Du hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen
