To strengthen our team in Zweibrücken, we are looking for a

PASSIONATE HARDWARE DEVELOPER

who wants to actively shape the electrification of aviation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Development and design of innovative electronic circuits for our B2B components (e.g., inverters, battery management systems, charging equipment, on-board computer).
  • Design of power electronics as well as analog and digital circuits, incorporating embedded systems.
  • Creation of EMC-compliant designs and PCB layouts, as well as conducting circuit simulations.
  • Commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes and finished assemblies.

Your Profile

  • Education:
    Degree with a focus on electrical engineering/electronics or a comparable qualification.
  • Circuit Design:
    Very good knowledge of electronic circuit design, especially in the areas of embedded, analog/digital technology, and power electronics.
  • Communication Tech:
    Knowledge of communication technologies, in particular ISO/OSI layers 1 and 2 (e.g., UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Design & EMC:
    Knowledge of EMC-compliant device and system design, including circuit design, board layout, cabling, and measurement methods.
  • Tools:
    Proficiency in PCB layout software (e.g., KiCad, Altium) and knowledge of circuit simulation (PSpice, LTSpice, or similar).
  • Practical Experience:
    Practical experience in handling electronic components and various technologies (SMD, THT), setting up electronic devices, including measurements, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of microcontrollers.
  • Languages:
    Native speaker or very good knowledge of German or English.
