Staff Engineer - Mixed-Signal Verification
, you'll lead advanced verification methodologies, collaborate with international teams, and tackle next-generation challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine mixed-signal and digital verification methodologies and tools, including the exploration of AI/ML techniques to enhance IC design workflows.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams and tool vendors to understand future product requirements and initiate strategic projects to address upcoming verification challenges.
  • Improve verification efficiency through standardization, innovation, and reuse-leveraging AI/ML where applicable-and engage with academic and professional communities to stay at the forefront of verification advancements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal developers on verification-related topics.
  • Design and deliver technical training sessions within your area of expertise.

Your Profile

You are a proactive and reliable engineer who drives ideas to full implementation and fosters successful collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mixed-signal and digital IC verification.
  • Strong proficiency with EDA tools such as Cadence AMS-Designer/XCelium and Synopsys VCS/XA. Familiarity with test bench methodologies like UVM is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of HDL languages, especially SystemVerilog. Experience with synthesizable and behavioral coding, including real-number modeling, is advantageous.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in IC design and verification, or a strong interest in learning and applying these technologies.
  • Practical scripting skills in Python, Perl, or Shell.
  • Independent and responsible working style within international teams.
  • Fluent in English.
