In brief

We're now looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to shape Nordnet's voice and presence in the German market. In this role, you'll create clear, confident, and educational content that helps people understand our offering and feel empowered to invest. You'll work in a small, hands-on, collaborative marketing setup while partnering closely with central teams. This is your opportunity to build something from the ground up and directly influence how German investors discover, understand, and trust Nordnet.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Nordnet's content strategy for the German market.
Create and localize standout content across key customer touchpoints that educates, engages, and builds trust.
- Turn complex financial and product topics into sharp, customer-friendly messaging that differentiates Nordnet.
- Work closely with local and central teams to drive consistent, high-impact communication across every touchpoint.
- Use market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to shape narratives and strengthen our positioning.
- Track and analyze content performance, using data to continually refine messages and elevate engagement.
- Own the editorial calendar and ensure fast, flawless delivery of campaigns and assets.
- Report on key content KPIs and champion continuous improvement in how customers understand and connect with Nordnet in the German market.
This is you
You're an experienced copywriter with strong product marketing and channel-performance expertise - someone who writes exceptionally well and knows how content converts. You understand what content is needed at each stage of the customer journey, how different channels behave, and how to adapt messages to drive impact. You bring solid SEO knowledge, financial-topic clarity, and a builder mindset suited for a fast-moving, trust-driven environment like fintech or investing.
You bring:
- 5–7+ years of experience in content, copywriting, ideally with knowledge in product marketing, in fintech or financial services.
- A strong grasp of channel performance (web, social, CRM, product pages, paid & organic) and what effective content looks like in each.
- Solid SEO fundamentals and experience creating content that meets intent and supports organic growth.
- Hands-on content creation across short-form, conversion-focused, and product-led content.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance research, ideation, content creation, and workflow efficiency and a strong interest in the future of content and how it can scale.
- Experience collaborating with central functions like Product, Marketing, Brand, Creative, and CRM/MarTech teams.
- Native-level German and strong English for cross-functional work.
- A structured, proactive, self-driven approach suited for building and iterating from scratch.
