We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our fast-paced international Marketing team for a 3-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate passionate about branding, digital communication, and design for both print and web.

At Constructor Tech, a global leader in education technology, you'll gain practical experience by working on real-world projects that support our mission to transform learning. From social media campaigns and website visuals to event branding and printed materials, you'll contribute to a wide variety of assets - all while learning from and collaborating with our lead designer and marketing team.

Key Skills That Can Be Learned and Applied During the Internship:

Brand & Visual Identity

• Apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels
• Help adapt existing design systems to new materials and use cases

Web & Digital Design

• Support the creation of landing pages, visual assets for the website, and email graphics
• Collaborate with the team on UI-related visuals connected to marketing campaigns

Marketing & Campaign Design

• Design graphics for paid and organic social media, newsletters, and performance campaigns
• Visualize marketing ideas and messaging into impactful design formats

Print & Event Design

• Contribute to the creation of brochures, posters, merchandise, and event booth visuals
• Assist with design preparation for both digital and print production

Teamwork & Creative Collaboration

• Work under the guidance of the lead designer in close collaboration with the broader marketing team
• Receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs in a supportive environment

Qualifications & Skills:

You don't need to have it all figured out - what we value most is your passion for design, sense of responsibility, and eagerness to grow. This is your chance to learn by doing, contribute to real projects, and thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment where your ideas matter.

• A student or recent graduate in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma is required
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines
• Curiosity and commitment to learning and improving your design craft
• A portfolio (even academic/personal projects) showing your creativity and eye for design
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

What We Offer For Interns:

• Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
• Internship Duration: from 2 months or more
