Im Trainee Sales Manager China arbeiten Sie eng mit der Gründerfamilie zusammen, übernehmen früh Verantwortung und gestalten aktiv die Zukunft der renommiertesten deutschen Schmuckmarke in China mit.

Unser individuell aufgebautes Programm bietet Ihnen exklusive Einblicke in die Welt des Luxus-Retails und Wholesale Managements. Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung in unserer Wellendorff Boutique in Deutschland übernehmen Sie sukzessive die Verantwortung für unsere Kunden in China. So entwickeln Sie sich praxisnah, international und mit direkter Kundenverantwortung weiter.

Ihre Accelerate Phase (Deutschland, 3-6 Monate):

  • Marken- und Produktverständnis durch die Wellendorff Akademie
  • Ausbildung zum VIP Kundenberater und Verkaufsprofi mit Fokus auf Customer Experience und emotionaler Kundenbindung

Ihre Deep Dive Phase (China Boutique, 12-18 Monate):

  • Repräsentation der Marke und Schmuckstücke: Sie vertreten Wellendorff und unsere einzigartigen Schmuckstücke gegenüber unseren nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Starverkäufer für VIP-Kunden: Sie begeistern unsere anspruchsvollsten Kunden mit erstklassigem Service und außergewöhnlichem Verkaufstalent
  • Umsatzverantwortung: Sie tragen Verantwortung für die Umsatzziele und erreichen ambitionierte Ziele
  • Einhalten der Boutique-Standards: Sie setzen die Unternehmensrichtlinien und Konzepte vor Ort um und sichern deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung

Ziel: Ihre Position als Country Sales Manager (China):

  • Teamleitung für das Team China
  • VIP-Kundenpräsentationen und exklusive Events
  • Key Account Management für ausgewählte Juweliere in China
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung pro POS
  • Strategische Entwicklung des chinesischen Markts
