Abschlussarbeit: Machine Learning - Automatische Resonanzerkennung in der Schwingungsmessung mit Tip-Timing
Die berührungslose Schaufel-Schwingungsmessung (BSSM) mittels Tip Timing ist ein etabliertes Verfahren zur Erfassung von Schaufelschwingungen und Spaltveränderungen in Triebwerkstests. In der Praxis ist die Identifikation von Resonanzstellen – also Frequenzbereichen der Schwingungsantworten – ein essenzieller, jedoch zeitaufwändiger und manuell durchgeführter Schritt.

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, ein Machine-Learning-basiertes Modell zu entwickeln, dass diese Resonanzstellen automatisiert erkennt, um die Effizienz der Analyse signifikant zu verbessern.

STARKE AUFGABEN

  • Aufbereitung und Analyse bereits gelabelter BSSM-Daten zur Modellierung
  • Entwicklung eines ML-Modells zur automatischen Erkennung von Resonanzstellen in BSSM-Daten
  • Vergleich verschiedener Modellansätze basierend auf unsupervised und supervised Learning mit einer bestehenden analytischen Baseline
  • Konzeption zur Integration des Modells in eine bestehende Auswertungsumgebung
  • Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse

BESTE VORAUSSETZUNGEN

  • Studium in Informatik, Data Science, Physik, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erfahrung mit Python, PyTorch oder ähnlichen Frameworks
  • Kenntnisse in Signalverarbeitung und Machine Learning
  • Interesse an Triebwerkstechnologie und Messtechnik
