Deine Aufgaben – das machst du bei uns:

  • Verantworte die In- und Outputsysteme sowie Dokumentenmanagementlösungen für unsere Kunden.
  • Führe vier Teams fachlich und disziplinarisch und sorge gemeinsam mit ihnen für einen stabilen und reibungslosen Betrieb der Services.
  • Stelle die vertragskonforme Leistungserbringung und Einhaltung von SLAs zur Sicherung der Servicequalität sicher.
  • Verantworte das Abteilungsbudget und führe eine kontinuierliche Kostenkontrolle sowie strategische Planung durch.
  • Entwickle zukunftsfähige IT-Strategien und identifiziere Innovationen und neue Technologien für die verantwortete Produktpalette.
  • Baue die Teams gezielt aus und fördere eine erfolgreiche interne sowie kundenorientierte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Verantworte das Partnermanagement mit strategischen Technologiepartnern und koordiniere externe Dienstleister bei Eskalationen und Projekten.

Dein Background – das bringst du mit:

  • Ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, im Bereich IT oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation hat dich für die Praxis fit gemacht.
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, bevorzugt bei einem IT-Dienstleister hat dich zum Profi gemacht.
  • Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Nutzung von Geschäfts-KPIs sowie ein tiefes Verständnis von Geschäfts- und Technologieprozessen hast du mit im Gepäck.
  • Eine produktorientierte sowie kundenzentrierte Arbeitsweise und dein Verständnis für B2B- und B2C-Unternehmen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Eigene Innovationsideen im Gepäck sorgen für einen klaren Zukunftsblick im Bereich Modern Work.
  • Eine starke Kundenorientierung hilft dir, aus Sicht des Kunden optimale Lösungen zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
