Das erwartet dich bei uns

• Generelle Mitarbeit im abwechslungsreichen, dynamischen Tagesgeschäft des LEGO Customer Operations-Teams für die Region Deutschland, Österreich & Schweiz.
• Selbständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Aufträgen, Lieferungen und Reklamationen von Einzelhändlern im Händlerservice.
• Direkter Kundenkontakt per E-Mail und Telefon.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Spediteuren beim Planen und Durchführen von Lieferungen, dabei aktualisierst du die Information- und Kommunikation-Tools und wendest diese an.
• Projektarbeit durch Unterstützung bei Einführung von neuen Service-Prozessen und Tools.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb bei Durchsteuerung der Aufträge und Service Optimierung.
• Du bist von Anfang an voll integriert und erhältst alle Information durch die Teilnahme an unseren Teammeetings und Teamevents.

Diese Bausteine bringst du ins Spiel

• Du absolvierst ein Betriebswirtschaftliches / Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder Technisches Studium oder hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine Leidenschaft für Supply Chain und Operations
• Erste Erfahrung in der FMCG Branche oder Einzelhandel sind von Vorteil.
• Idealerweise besitzt du eine Affinität zu IT-Systemen (vielleicht erste Erfahrungen mit SAP)
• Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist ein Organisationstalent und gut im analytischen Arbeiten, dabei zeichnet dich deine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise aus.
• Teamplayer sind bei uns gesucht, du hast dich im Team bereits bewiesen und weißt, dass man gemeinsam am stärksten ist
• Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englisch Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
