We are seeking a
Local Market Lead
in Hamburg to become the driving force behind our local operations. You will connect, manage, and shape city-level activities—delivering growth, building relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

Your Role

As
Local Market Lead – Hamburg
, you will be responsible for all city-level activities that drive performance for our partners, platform, and brand. You'll work cross-functionally with teams in
Account Management, Marketing, Logistics
, and
Strategy
to execute local initiatives and ensure success on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management
    : Analyze local KPIs (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker) and implement actions to improve volume, conversion, deal rate, and visibility
  • Marketing Management
    : Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including content placement, partner activation, and performance reviews
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    : Lead and manage city-level initiatives in collaboration with account management, sales, and operations teams
  • Partner Development
    : Identify and support key restaurant and partner accounts—especially local hero brands—to drive engagement and loyalty
  • Internal Representation
    : Communicate local needs, opportunities, and performance updates to leadership; contribute to scorecards and QBRs
  • External Representation
    : Build and maintain local networks, attend events, and participate in public or industry initiatives to grow the brand presence

Your Profile

  • Strong knowledge of
    Hamburg
    and its local dynamics
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs to create actionable insights
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Experience in
    project management, marketing, business development
    , account management, or similar roles
