To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Ground Support Equipment Technician in a full time position.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring the proper, usable condition of all aircraft tools
- Proper storage of tools and reliable recording of tool issue
- Commissioning of inspection or maintenance work with corresponding documentation
- Calibration of tools
- Compliance with and continuous monitoring of calibration intervals
- Organisation and monitoring of borrowed tools and the loan of tools
- Procurement of new tools and equipment
- Carrying out regular tool inspections
- Coordination of tool repair work
- Production of own special tools using manufacturer documentation and QM
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Completed training in a technical profession
- Knowledge of tools or tool production is an advantage
- Good technical understanding and interest in technical contexts
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145 is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and quality standards
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work under own initiative making recommendations for improvements as appropriate;
- Confident handling of MS Outlook and Excel
- Good written and spoken English skills, German desirable
- Driving licence for car
- Must be eligible for an airside pass
