Aufgabenbeschreibung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Administration unserer CRM-Systeme (z. B. Salesforce)
  • Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Vertriebs- und Kundenprozessen
  • Entwicklung digitaler Services (z. B. Self-Service-Portale, Reporting-Tools)
  • Analyse von Nutzerbedürfnissen und Umsetzung praxisnaher Lösungen
  • Nutzung von CRM- und Marktdaten zur Steuerung und Optimierung von Sales-Strategien
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT und Vertrieb

Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Marketing oder Digitalisierung), Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CRM-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Salesforce
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Administration, Konfiguration und Integration von CRM-Systemen (inkl. ERP-, Marketing- und Service-Schnittstellen)
  • Erfahrung im Datenmanagement, in der Prozessdigitalisierung und -standardisierung sowie in der Gestaltung nutzerfreundlicher Dashboards und Services
  • Praxis in der Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen (z. B. Portale, mobile Tools, Reporting) und im Einsatz agiler Methoden (Design Thinking, Scrum, Lean Startup)
  • Starke analytische und betriebswirtschaftliche Kompetenz zur KPI-Steuerung und Mehrwertgenerierung für Vertrieb und Kunden
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, interkultureller Zusammenarbeit und in der Vermittlung zwischen Business, IT und Nutzern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
