Unser Kunde ist ein moderner E-Commerce-Händler im Osten von Stuttgart, der sich aktuell in einer tiefgreifenden digitalen Transformation befindet. Ziel ist es, Daten als echten Business-Treiber zu etablieren – von operativen Reports bis hin zu strategischer Steuerung.

Dafür wird ein
BI Developer mit Lead-Charakter
gesucht, der die Datenplattform auf das nächste Level hebt und die Migration in die Azure-Welt aktiv gestaltet.

Deine Mission

Du baust die neue Daten- und BI-Architektur auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter. Dein Fokus liegt auf stabilen, skalierbaren Datenpipelines, modernen Cloud-Strukturen und hochwertigen Reports für Fachbereiche und Management.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design, Entwicklung und Betrieb moderner
    Datenpipelines (ETL)
    mit
    SSIS, T-SQL und Azure Data Factory
  • Migration bestehender
    On-Premise-Datenlandschaften in die Azure Cloud
  • Integration von Daten aus
    ERP-Systemen (D365 F&SCM), E-Commerce-Plattformen, APIs und Drittsystemen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der
    Data-Warehouse- und BI-Architektur
  • Entwicklung von
    dynamischen Reports, Dashboards und KPIs
    in
    Power BI und SSRS
  • Sicherstellung von
    Datenqualität, Konsistenz und Governance
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten rund um
    Microsoft Fabric und moderne Analytics
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Finance, E-Commerce und Management zur Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als
    BI Developer, Data Engineer oder Analytics Engineer
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
  • SQL Server / Azure SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SSRS
  • Erfahrung mit
    ETL-Architekturen, Datenmodellierung und Data Warehousing
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit
    Microsoft Fabric, Synapse oder Lakehouse-Konzepten
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit
    Lead-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
