DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du definierst, implementierst und entwickelst unser unternehmensweites Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) in Anlehnung an ISO 9001 kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du überwachst und optimierst Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen sowie Prozesse und verantwortest die Erweiterung der Qualitäts-KPIs sowie das Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Bei neuen Produkten, Änderungen oder Konfigurationsanpassungen führst du proaktiv Risikoanalysen durch, um potenzielle Qualitätsprobleme frühzeitig zu erkennen
  • Du managst qualitätsrelevante Incidents von der Erstmeldung bis zur Lösung, inklusive der Koordination aller beteiligten Teams und Stakeholder
  • Du planst interne Audits, führst diese durch und förderst u.a. durch Mitarbeiterschulungen eine starke Qualitätsverantwortung und -kultur im gesamten Unternehmen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und bringst mehrjährige Senior-Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit, idealerweise aus CRM oder Beratung
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufbau und der Implementierung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (QMS) nach ISO 9001
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes technisches und prozessuales Verständnis zur schnellen Erfassung komplexer System- und Ablaufzusammenhänge
  • Du bist nachweislich stark als Projektmanager sowie Koordinator interdisziplinärer Teams und zeichnest dich durch exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten wie kritisches Denkvermögen aus
  • Du überzeugst mit deinem Auftreten, hast die Fähigkeit den Status Quo zu hinterfragen sowie Lösungen zu forcieren, gepaart mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und sehr guten Englischkenntnissen
